Beta partners are the businesses Top Townie launches with in the Mohawk Valley. The program runs 90 days. During those 90 days you have direct access to the founders by phone and text, a scheduled kickoff call, a Day 60 check-in, and a Day 90 graduation. We answer your questions in hours, not days.
The beta is a working relationship, not a free trial. You're not buying anything and we're not selling. We're building the playbook with you, in your shop, on your block. Whatever ships in the app for the next year will be shaped by what you tell us in those 90 days.
02 — What you commit toSix things, in writing.
- Post on a committed cadence.3 posts a week, minimum. The number is small on purpose — it's the floor, not the ceiling.
- Schedule at least one recurring event.Trivia night, wing night, Saturday market — something a customer can plan around.
- Place the kit per the placement guide.Table tents on every table, register QR plate by the register, window decal in the front window. Not "wherever it fits."
- Show up for three calls.Kickoff (30 min), Day 60 (30 min), Day 90 (30 min). On the calendar before Day 1.
- Bridge your existing customers.Update your social bios. Publish the announcement. Train your staff with the one-pager.
- Real specials only.No fake "regular price" inflation. No countdown timers on items that aren't actually scarce. If your customers learn to distrust your specials, the channel is dead.
